Returns & Exchanges


We will gladly accept returns of unused, unworn and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less any shipping charges that were part of your order (shipping costs are non-refundable).

At this time we do not accept exchanges.

Returns of damaged or defective merchandise or items that were sent in error are free to ship back.  Shipping costs for unwanted items or items being exchanged for another size, are the consumer’s responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. 

Returns must not have been worn, used or altered. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.

Currently, we do not process exchanges.

In an effort to make the returns process run smoothly for both you and our team, we process refunds for returned items only. If you are looking to exchange an item, it is best to submit a return to receive a refund, and then reorder the item/size desired to ensure you receive it in a timely manner. 


Your return will be processed when the item is received.



To start a return, due to damaged or defective merchandise, email We will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and then either ship a replacement to you at no charge, or refund the price of the item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
